We want you to love your K-pop merch, so we offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery provided they are unopened and in their original packaging. Please note that albums with broken seals or used photocard codes are not eligible for return.

Pack with Care
Securely package your items in their original condition, including all inclusions like posters, stickers, and photocards.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location within the USA.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
