Are all your albums and merchandise official?
Yes, 100%. We source all our products directly from authorized distributors in South Korea. All albums purchased from our store count towards the Hanteo and Gaon (Circle) charts.
How long does shipping take within the USA?
Since we are based in the USA, you don't have to wait for international shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and standard shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer pre-order benefits (POBs)?
Yes, we include pre-order benefits such as exclusive posters, photocards, and postcards whenever they are provided by the manufacturer. Please check the specific product description for details on what is included.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We require an unboxing video to process claims for missing or damaged interior components.
